焊后正火工藝對(duì)鋼軌接頭強(qiáng)韌性的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)60 kg/m U75VG鋼軌焊后正火如何最大限度地獲得細(xì)化晶粒效果問(wèn)題,選擇了加熱氣體流量、加熱時(shí)間和冷卻速度三因素,按照三因素三水平的正火正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方案,開(kāi)展了正火工藝試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:采用最佳的焊后正火工藝,對(duì)閃光焊接頭進(jìn)行焊后正火熱處理,能使接頭晶粒明顯細(xì)化(晶粒度達(dá)到9級(jí)左右),沖擊韌性明顯提高,提高了鋼軌焊接接頭的強(qiáng)韌性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of how to obtain the maximum grain refinement effect by normalizing 60 kg/m U75VG rail after welding, three factors of heating gas flow rate, heating time and cooling rate are selected, and the design scheme of normalizing orthogonal test is based on three factors and three levels. The experimental study on normalizing process has been carried out. The results show that the grain size of the joint can be obviously refined (the grain size of the joint is about 9 grade and the impact toughness is obviously improved by adopting the best post-welding normalizing process and normalizing heat treatment after welding on the flash welding joint). The strength and toughness of rail welded joints are improved.
