【摘要】：開展了一系列不同時(shí)效溫度和應(yīng)力水平下2219鋁合金的單軸拉伸蠕變試驗(yàn)。并通過力學(xué)性能測試、透射電鏡(TEM)試驗(yàn),探究了材料在蠕變時(shí)效過程中的性能強(qiáng)化及析出相演變規(guī)律�；谠囼�(yàn)結(jié)果,建立了一套適用于2219鋁合金的宏微觀統(tǒng)一蠕變本構(gòu)模型。結(jié)果表明,該模型不僅能較好地表達(dá)材料的微觀演變過程,同時(shí)也能較好地描述材料的蠕變行為與材料性能變化。
[Abstract]:A series of uniaxial tensile creep tests of 2219 aluminum alloy at different aging temperatures and stress levels were carried out. Based on the experimental results, a set of macroscopic and microscopic unified creep constitutive model for 2219 aluminum alloy was established. The model can not only describe the microscopic evolution of materials, but also describe the creep behavior and properties of materials.
