【摘要】：目的使數(shù)控機(jī)床面板造型設(shè)計(jì)更加人性化,更符合用戶的情感需求。方法以情感化設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),選取典型機(jī)床面板樣本,運(yùn)用感性工學(xué)中的語意差異法和因子分析法,對(duì)產(chǎn)品形態(tài)要素進(jìn)行分解研究。結(jié)果確定了機(jī)床面板造型的情感化影響因子,找到了機(jī)床面板的意象語義與形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)要素之間的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。結(jié)論綜合運(yùn)用三層次理論和感性工學(xué)方法,為其他種類的工業(yè)設(shè)備面板情感化分析提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to make the design of NC machine panel more humanized and more in line with the emotional needs of users. Methods based on the theory of emotional design, the typical machine panel samples were selected, and the semantic difference method and factor analysis method in perceptual engineering were used. The decomposition of product form elements was carried out. The result determined the emotional influence factors of machine tool panel modeling. The corresponding relationship between image semantics and morphological design elements of machine tool panel is found. Conclusion the three-level theory and perceptual engineering method are used synthetically to provide certain reference value for emotional analysis of other kinds of industrial equipment panels.
