【摘要】：鑄態(tài)高強度高伸長率球墨鑄鐵是近年來鑄鐵材料研究的熱點,其研究與應用有很大進展。本文概述了包括固溶強化鐵素體基體、珠光體-鐵素體基體、奧鐵體基體的鑄態(tài)高強度高伸長率球墨鑄鐵研究進展,介紹了它們的化學成分、生產(chǎn)工藝與性能特點,指出了生產(chǎn)應用中存在的問題,展望了其研究與發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:As-cast high strength and high elongation ductile iron is a hot spot in the research of cast iron in recent years, and its research and application have made great progress. In this paper, the solid solution strengthened ferrite matrix, pearlite ferrite matrix and pearlite ferrite matrix are summarized. The research progress of as-cast high strength and high elongation ductile cast iron based on austenite is reviewed. Their chemical composition, production process and properties are introduced. The existing problems in production and application are pointed out, and their research and development prospects are prospected.
