第二代先進(jìn)高強(qiáng)鋼TWIP鋼在車身典型零件上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:開發(fā)兼具高強(qiáng)度和優(yōu)良伸長(zhǎng)率的高強(qiáng)度鋼板,對(duì)車身輕量化和提高汽車安全性具有重要意義。深入解析了HC450/950TW鋼微觀組織、力學(xué)性能、成形特性,并通過(guò)有限元仿真分析和沖壓試驗(yàn)研究了HC450/950TW減震器支座成形性。結(jié)果表明:TWIP鋼的成形性能大幅優(yōu)于同級(jí)別的QP鋼和DP鋼,HC450/950TW伸長(zhǎng)率大于50%,n值超過(guò)0.48。減震器支座應(yīng)用HC450/950TW成形后,拉延成形深度達(dá)到150 mm,零件無(wú)開裂、起皺缺陷,成形性良好,并可實(shí)現(xiàn)減重2.4 kg,輕量化效果顯著。TWIP鋼適用于對(duì)拉延和脹性要求很高的車身結(jié)構(gòu)零件。
[Abstract]:The development of high strength steel plate with high strength and excellent elongation is of great significance to the light weight of body and the improvement of automobile safety. The microstructure, mechanical properties and forming characteristics of HC450/950TW steel are analyzed. The formability of HC450/950TW shock absorber bearing is studied by finite element simulation analysis and punching test. The results show that the formability of HC450/950TW damper bearing is much better than that of QP steel and DP steel with HC450 / 950TW elongation greater than 50 / 950TW > 0.48. after the shock absorber support is formed by HC450/950TW, The drawing depth is 150 mm, the part has no crack, wrinkle defect, good formability, and can reduce weight 2.4 kg. The light weight effect is obvious. TWIP steel is suitable for the body structure parts which require high drawing and expansibility.
