熱處理工藝對TRIP980鋼板點焊性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同焊接工藝對TRIP980鋼板進行點焊試驗,研究了焊接電流、焊前預(yù)熱及焊后熱處理工藝對點焊性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,隨著焊接電流的增大,焊點的熔核直徑和拉剪力均增大,但當(dāng)電流過大而發(fā)生飛濺時,焊點的熔核直徑和拉剪力開始減小.焊前預(yù)熱工藝可提高點焊飛濺電流,進而可以獲得更大的熔核直徑及拉剪力.在對焊點進行焊后熱處理的情況下,當(dāng)焊接電流與焊后熱處理電流之間的冷卻時間超過900 ms時,可顯著改善熔核組織,降低熔核硬度,提高焊點拉剪力.
[Abstract]:The effect of welding current, preheating before welding and heat treatment after welding on spot welding properties of TRIP980 steel plate was studied by using different welding processes. The results show that the welding current increases with the increase of welding current. The nugget diameter and tensile shear force of solder joint increase, but when the current is too large and spatter occurs, the nugget diameter and pull shear force of solder joint begin to decrease. Furthermore, larger nugget diameter and tensile shear force can be obtained. When the cooling time between welding current and post-weld heat treatment current exceeds 900 Ms, the microstructure and hardness of the nugget can be significantly improved. Increase the tensile shear force of solder joint.
