【摘要】:系統(tǒng)研究在相同冷卻條件和成分控制條件下,不同Mg-Al-Si合金(AS11,AS21,AS41,AS61和AS91)的腐蝕行為。采用光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電子顯微鏡觀察合金的顯微組織。采用浸泡實(shí)驗(yàn)和動電位極化測試研究合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蝕行為。結(jié)果表明,添加2.0%Al(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的合金(AS21)抗腐蝕能力提高,而Al含量大于2.0%(AS41,AS61,AS91)時(shí),合金的抗腐蝕能力降低。這是由于生成了β相作為陰極,以及β相和Mg_2Si相的粗化導(dǎo)致合金表面氧化膜的破裂后不連續(xù)。
[Abstract]:Under the same cooling and composition control conditions, The corrosion behavior of different Mg-Al-Si alloys, AS11, AS21, AS41, AS61 and AS91). The microstructure of the alloy was observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The corrosion behavior of the alloy in 3.5 NaCl solution was studied by immersion test and potentiodynamic polarization test. The corrosion resistance of the alloy added 2.0 Al (mass fraction) is improved, but the corrosion resistance of the alloy is decreased when the Al content is greater than 2.0%, which is due to the formation of 尾 phase as cathode. And the coarsening of 尾 phase and Mg_2Si phase leads to the rupture of oxide film on the surface of the alloy.
