【摘要】：采用拉伸試驗(yàn)和應(yīng)力應(yīng)變循環(huán)試驗(yàn)研究了形變溫度及應(yīng)力應(yīng)變循環(huán)對(duì)Ti-Ni_(50.8)超彈性彈簧形變行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)形變溫度在247K以下時(shí)Ti-Ni_(50.8)彈簧呈形狀記憶性,形變溫度在247K以上時(shí)呈超彈性特性。623~773K退火態(tài)Ti-Ni_(50.8)彈簧室溫下可獲得良好超彈性。當(dāng)退火溫度超過873K后,超彈性衰減。在應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變循環(huán)早期,彈簧應(yīng)變恢復(fù)率衰減很快,隨循環(huán)次數(shù)增加,衰減變慢。Ti-Ni_(50.8)彈簧預(yù)先應(yīng)力應(yīng)變循環(huán)訓(xùn)練可增強(qiáng)其變形穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The effects of deformation temperature and stress-strain cycle on the deformation behavior of Ti-NiJI (50.8) superelastic spring were studied by means of tensile test and stress-strain cycling test. The results show that the Ti-NiNiLi (50.8)) spring exhibits shape memory when the deformation temperature is below 247K. A good hyperelasticity can be obtained at room temperature when the deformation temperature is above 247K. The strain recovery rate of the spring attenuates rapidly at the early stage of stress-strain cycle when the annealing temperature exceeds 873K. With the increase of cycle times, the attenuation becomes slower. Ti-NiSZ (50.8) spring pre-stress-strain cycle training can enhance its deformation stability.
