【摘要】:采用掃描電鏡、能譜分析、金相顯微鏡與WDW-100KN萬能拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究Al-7Sn-1.1Ni-Cu-0.2Ti軸承合金的微觀組織與力學(xué)性能,結(jié)合盤-銷式摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)考察合金不同組織狀態(tài)的潤滑性能。結(jié)果表明:Al-7Sn-1.1Ni-Cu-0.2Ti合金凝固收縮率為1.13%,鑄態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、伸長率與布氏硬度分別為191,147MPa,15.6%與34.6HBS,隨著低溫時(shí)效與退火熱處理過程的進(jìn)行,抗拉強(qiáng)度略有上升,屈服強(qiáng)度保持不變,伸長率與布氏硬度均呈現(xiàn)出先上升后下降的變化趨勢;沿晶界分布的共晶Sn相形貌受界面張力作用逐步由板片狀與骨骼狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷悠瑺钆c短棒狀,部分吸熱脫溶析出在晶界處形成空腔結(jié)構(gòu),初生α-Al基體平均晶粒尺寸為182μm。與鑄態(tài)和340℃退火6h相比,經(jīng)175℃時(shí)效10h后,摩擦因數(shù)降低了28.6%與78.6%,體積磨損量減少了157.1%與471.4%,斷口形貌以沿晶斷裂與韌窩斷裂為主。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-7Sn-1.1Ni-Cu-0.2Ti bearing alloy were studied by SEM, EDS, metallographic microscope and WDW-100KN universal tensile tester. The lubrication properties of the alloy in different microstructure states were investigated by using a disk-pin friction and wear tester. The results showed that the solidification shrinkage rate of the alloy was 1.13. The as-cast tensile strength and yield strength were obtained. The elongation and hardness of Brinell were 191t 147MPA 15.6% and 34.6HBSrespectively. With the process of low temperature aging and annealing heat treatment, the tensile strength increased slightly, the yield strength remained unchanged, and the elongation and Brinell hardness showed a trend of first rising and then decreasing. The morphology of eutectic Sn phase distributed along grain boundary is gradually changed from lamellar and skeletal to lamellar and short rod by interfacial tension, and some endothermic desolvent precipitates form cavity structure at grain boundary. The average grain size of primary 偽 -Al matrix is 182 渭 m. Compared with as-cast and annealed at 340 鈩,
