【摘要】:非晶態(tài)物質(zhì)處于熱力學(xué)非平衡狀態(tài),穩(wěn)定性是非晶態(tài)材料應(yīng)用的重要瓶頸,也是理論研究的關(guān)鍵問題.最近人們開發(fā)出相當(dāng)于普通金屬玻璃退火上百萬年的"超穩(wěn)定玻璃",為研究非晶態(tài)材料的穩(wěn)定性和非晶態(tài)物質(zhì)的本質(zhì)提供了新契機(jī).本文簡要介紹超穩(wěn)定玻璃的特點(diǎn)、形成機(jī)理以及其對非晶態(tài)物理學(xué)基本問題提供的新見解和新思路.
[Abstract]:The stability of amorphous materials is an important bottleneck in the application of amorphous materials because they are in a non-equilibrium state of thermodynamics. Recently, "super stable glass", which is equivalent to the annealing of ordinary metallic glass for millions of years, has been developed, which provides a new opportunity for the study of the stability of amorphous materials and the nature of amorphous materials. In this paper, the characteristics of super stable glass are briefly introduced. The formation mechanism and its new ideas on the basic problems of amorphous physics.
