基于Thermo-Calc和JMatPro模擬計(jì)算的新型鎳基合金設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:運(yùn)用Thermo-Calc和JMatPro熱力學(xué)模擬軟件對鎳基Nimonic 105合金進(jìn)行了成分優(yōu)化以及新合金設(shè)計(jì)研究。研究表明,通過降低Co、Cr和Mo元素含量可有效降低Nimonic 105合金中μ相的析出溫度,同時(shí)也可降低700℃時(shí)合金中σ相的析出傾向。通過調(diào)整Nimonic 105的部分合金元素配比設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型鎳基合金HR105C。HR105C合金在700~1200℃區(qū)間無σ相和μ相等有害相。在700℃時(shí)HR105C合金中γ'相和M_(23)C_6相的平衡析出量的摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)分別約為32%和1%,γ'相的析出略高于Waspaloy合金。HR105C合金的持久性能較Nimonic 105合金顯著降低,但與Waspaloy合金相當(dāng),甚至可能略優(yōu)于Waspaloy合金,可滿足700℃參數(shù)火電汽輪機(jī)高溫部件用材設(shè)計(jì)要求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)目的。另外,擁有小尺寸的γ'相的HR105C合金具有更好的持久性能?刹扇〈胧┩ㄟ^提高γ'相的穩(wěn)定性來減緩γ'相的粗化速率,進(jìn)而使HR105C合金的持久性能得到提升。
[Abstract]:The composition optimization and new alloy design of Ni-base Nimonic 105 alloy were studied by means of Thermo-Calc and JMatPro thermodynamics simulation software. The results show that the precipitation temperature of 渭 phase in Nimonic 105 alloy can be effectively reduced by reducing the content of CoCr and Mo elements. The precipitation tendency of 蟽 phase in the alloy can also be reduced at 700 鈩,
