金屬零件自動超輕結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計及激光增材制造

【摘要】:為解決金屬超輕結(jié)構(gòu)零件設(shè)計技術(shù)復(fù)雜、設(shè)計周期長、難添加蒙皮進(jìn)行增材制造等難題,提出一種基于激光選區(qū)熔化增材制造工藝的金屬零件自動超輕結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計方法:根據(jù)激光選區(qū)熔化工藝特點,編制程序?qū)⒃剂慵﨏AD模型自動轉(zhuǎn)化為設(shè)定孔隙率的帶蒙皮類蜂窩狀超輕結(jié)構(gòu)零件模型,且其數(shù)據(jù)可直接驅(qū)動設(shè)備實現(xiàn)零件增材制造。研究了帶蒙皮超輕結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造形式及設(shè)計方法;探討了合適的成型棱長及合理蒙皮結(jié)構(gòu)形式;成功實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜零件自動帶蒙皮超輕結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計及增材制造,所得零件孔隙率誤差2.79%,表明能較準(zhǔn)確按預(yù)期減重。該方法能根據(jù)原始零件CAD模型自動、快速地構(gòu)建帶蒙皮金屬超輕結(jié)構(gòu)零件模型,大大減輕該類零件設(shè)計負(fù)擔(dān)及提高其實用性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as complex design technology, long design period and difficult to add skin to manufacture the metal ultra-light structure parts, This paper presents an automatic ultra-light structural design method for metal parts based on laser selective melting and increasing material manufacturing technology: according to the characteristics of laser selective melting process, The CAD model of the original parts is automatically transformed into a honeycomb ultra-light structure part model with a set porosity. The structure and design method of ultra-light structure with skinned skin are studied, and the suitable shaping length and reasonable skinned structure form are discussed, and the material increasing manufacture of parts can be realized directly by the data drive equipment, and the structure and design method of ultra-light structure with skin cover are studied in this paper. The automatic ultra-light structure design of complicated parts with skin and material increasing are successfully realized. The porosity error of the parts is 2.79, which shows that the weight loss can be achieved accurately as expected. The method can be automatically based on the CAD model of the original parts. In order to reduce the design burden and improve the practicability, the model of ultra-light structure parts with sheathed metal is constructed quickly.
