鋁粉表面包覆改性的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:金屬鋁粉具有活性高、熔點(diǎn)低以及光澤度好等優(yōu)良性能,廣泛用于耐火材料、顏料、涂料及印刷油墨等行業(yè),但鋁粉易與水、氧氣等反應(yīng)致使其優(yōu)良性能降低或喪失,而鋁粉表面包覆改性對(duì)提高其在腐蝕性介質(zhì)中的穩(wěn)定性具有重要意義。綜述了目前各工業(yè)領(lǐng)域用鋁粉包覆改性的研究進(jìn)展,并分析了各包覆改性方法對(duì)耐火澆注料用鋁粉包覆改性的借鑒作用,進(jìn)而對(duì)耐火澆注料用鋁粉包覆改性的研究重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Aluminum powder is widely used in refractories, pigments, coatings, printing ink and other industries because of its high activity, low melting point and good glossiness. However, aluminum powder is easy to react with water and oxygen to reduce or lose its excellent properties. The surface coating modification of aluminum powder is of great significance to improve its stability in corrosive media. The research progress of aluminum powder coating modification in various industrial fields is reviewed. The reference function of each coating modification method to the aluminum powder coating modification of refractory castable was analyzed, and the research emphases of aluminum powder coating modification for refractory castable were prospected.
