【摘要】:采用真空熔煉、軋制和固溶處理,然后冷加工75%制備Au Ag Cu35-5合金片材。研究合金固溶和時(shí)效處理對(duì)組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:500℃固溶處理時(shí),合金組織為纖維狀回復(fù)再結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu)。隨固溶溫度增加,組織發(fā)生完全再結(jié)晶并長(zhǎng)大,形成貫穿晶粒的完整退火孿晶。爐冷和時(shí)效處理時(shí),組織為等軸細(xì)小的球形晶粒。合金的硬度隨固溶溫度升高而降低,時(shí)效硬度隨溫度升高而增大。300℃時(shí)效時(shí),硬度在3 h時(shí)效時(shí)達(dá)到峰值,然后隨時(shí)間增加,緩慢降低。
[Abstract]:Au Ag Cu35-5 alloy sheet was prepared by vacuum melting, rolling and solution treatment, and then cold worked on 75%. The effect of solution and aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. The microstructure of the alloy is fibrous recovery recrystallization structure. With the increase of the solution temperature, the microstructure completely recrystallizes and grows, forming the complete annealing twin through the grain.
