變角度緩面零件單點(diǎn)漸進(jìn)成形軌跡優(yōu)化

【摘要】:文章針對(duì)變角度緩面零件加工表面波紋不均勻、成形尺寸精度差的問題,提出了一種基于增量角度Δθ來控制增量步長Δz的方法,建立了Δz與Δθ之間的數(shù)學(xué)方程,并利用Matlab軟件求解出給定Δθ時(shí)的增量步長Δz,并將該方法成功應(yīng)用于變角度緩面零件成形。試驗(yàn)對(duì)比結(jié)果表明:該方法改善了變角度緩面零件的表面波紋,減小了底部圓形區(qū)域大小,能提高成形效率,提高變角度緩面零件的使用性能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, aiming at the problem of uneven surface ripple and poor dimensional precision of variable angle slow surface parts, a method of controlling increment step size 螖 z based on increment angle 螖 胃 is put forward, and the mathematical equation between 螖 z and 螖 胃 is established. The increment step 螖 z for a given 螖 胃 is solved by using Matlab software, and the method is successfully applied to the forming of a variable angle slow surface part. The experimental results show that the method improves the surface ripple of a variable angle slow surface part. By reducing the size of the bottom circular area, the forming efficiency can be improved and the performance of the parts with variable angle and slow surface can be improved.
