【摘要】:開發(fā)的深層滲氮硬化技術(shù)可以提高滲氮件的承載能力和挖掘滲氮的強化潛力。它包含三個相關(guān)條件:滲氮層深0.6 mm以上,滲氮表面下0.4 mm處硬度大于600 HV和滲氮基體硬度大于400~450 HV(42~46 HRC)。研制的兩種時效硬化鋼(20Cr Ni3Mn2Al和20Cr3Mn Mo V)空冷固溶處理后硬度分別為33~36 HRC和40~44 HRC;經(jīng)過520~540℃×50 h深層離子滲氮處理后,滲氮層深分別為0.75 mm和0.60 mm,滲氮表面下0.4 mm處硬度分別達(dá)到652 HV0.1和748 HV0.1,滲氮基體硬度分別為431 HV0.1(44.5 HRC)和488 HV0.1(48.5 HRC)。
