熱軋板卷打包機(jī)主要部件的強(qiáng)度分析

【摘要】:鋼卷的打捆包裝是熱連軋鋼板產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)中非常重要的一道工序,良好的打捆包裝對(duì)于確保鋼卷的包裝質(zhì)量、安全運(yùn)輸以及儲(chǔ)存等具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。但熱軋板卷打包機(jī)種類繁多、機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,機(jī)構(gòu)及結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性造成了國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵企業(yè)使用的鋼卷打包機(jī)多為國(guó)外進(jìn)口,同時(shí)暴露出國(guó)內(nèi)鋼卷打包機(jī)的理論研究、材料、設(shè)計(jì)、制造等方面的不足,導(dǎo)致鋼卷打包機(jī)的壽命及可靠性普遍低于國(guó)外。因此,課題針對(duì)熱軋板卷打包機(jī)機(jī)頭中的主要部件進(jìn)行理論研究具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值和理論價(jià)值。本文首先用三維建模軟件SolidWorks建立熱軋板卷打包機(jī)機(jī)頭中主要部件(咬扣機(jī)構(gòu)、連桿機(jī)構(gòu)、鋼帶驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、導(dǎo)帶門機(jī)構(gòu)等)的模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)及功能的分析。利用SolidWorks Motion對(duì)熱軋板卷打包機(jī)機(jī)頭的咬扣及驅(qū)動(dòng)連桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真分析,進(jìn)行了速度及加速度分析,分析了機(jī)構(gòu)的慣性特性。通過(guò)將咬扣機(jī)構(gòu)和連桿機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化成平面圖形,運(yùn)用理論力學(xué)的經(jīng)典理論計(jì)算了咬扣機(jī)構(gòu)的最大剪切力,為有限元的載荷確定提供了可靠的數(shù)據(jù)。文中以SolidWorks Simulation軟件為研究工具,以有限元法為研究手段,對(duì)熱軋板卷打包機(jī)機(jī)頭中的咬爪及連桿裝配體進(jìn)行仿真模擬研究,計(jì)算了在最大載荷下咬爪及連桿裝配體中各個(gè)部件的應(yīng)力及變形情況,最后利用疲勞強(qiáng)度理論對(duì)銷軸進(jìn)行安全系數(shù)及疲勞壽命的計(jì)算,并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提高了易損件銷軸的使用周期。本文所做工作對(duì)熱軋板卷打包機(jī)國(guó)外技術(shù)的消化吸收提供了理論幫助,為此類鋼卷打包機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及研發(fā)提供了理論參考。
[Abstract]:The packing of steel coils is a very important process in the production of hot rolled steel sheet. Good packing can ensure the packing quality of steel coils. Safe transportation and storage are of great practical value. However, there are many kinds of hot rolled coil baling machines, such as complicated mechanism, complicated structure and so on. As a result of the complexity of the mechanism and structure, the domestic iron and steel enterprises mostly import the packing machines used by domestic iron and steel enterprises. At the same time, the shortage of theoretical research, material, design and manufacture of the domestic steel coil baling machine is exposed, which leads to the lower life and reliability of the steel coil baler than that of the foreign countries. It is of high practical and theoretical value to study the main components of hot rolled sheet coiling baling machine. Firstly, the main components (bite mechanism) in the head of hot rolled sheet coiling packing machine are established by using 3D modeling software SolidWorks. The model of connecting rod mechanism, steel belt driving mechanism, guide band door mechanism and so on) is analyzed, and its structure and function are analyzed. The kinematic simulation analysis of the head bite and driving linkage mechanism of hot-rolled sheet winding machine is carried out by using SolidWorks Motion. The velocity and acceleration are analyzed, and the inertia characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed. By simplifying the bite mechanism and the linkage mechanism into plane figure, the maximum shear force of the bite mechanism is calculated by using the classical theory of theoretical mechanics. In this paper, the SolidWorks Simulation software is used as the research tool, the finite element method is used as the research means, the claw bite and the connecting rod assembly in the head of the hot rolled sheet winding machine are simulated and studied. In this paper, the stress and deformation of various parts in the jaw and connecting rod assembly body under the maximum load are calculated. Finally, the safety factor and fatigue life of the pin shaft are calculated by using the fatigue strength theory, and the structure of the pin shaft is improved. The work done in this paper has provided theoretical help for the digestion and absorption of foreign technology of hot rolled sheet coil baler and provided a theoretical reference for the design and development of this kind of steel packing machine.
