【摘要】:1810生產(chǎn)線在減薄時(shí),經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)軋制狀態(tài)不穩(wěn)定,頭部無(wú)法正常咬入,軋制速度不匹配,精軋的活套控制精度不高,精軋出口溫度和卷取溫度不良,板型不良等原因?qū)е聹p薄無(wú)法進(jìn)行。通過(guò)優(yōu)化軋鋼數(shù)學(xué)模型參數(shù),提升對(duì)熱軋模型和溫度控制模型的預(yù)報(bào)水平和系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)性,有效提高軋鋼系統(tǒng)對(duì)薄規(guī)格產(chǎn)品軋制的穩(wěn)定性和成材率以及自動(dòng)化控制精度。使薄規(guī)格產(chǎn)品(厚度1.6 mm至1.0 mm)能夠穩(wěn)定軋制,進(jìn)而擴(kuò)大新品種的開(kāi)發(fā)。

By optimizing the parameters of steel rolling mathematical model, to enhance adaptive prediction level and system of hot rolling model and temperature control model, effectively improve the system stability of rolling rolling thin products and finished product rate and automation control precision. The thin products (thickness of 1.6 mm to 1 mm) can stabilize the rolling, and then expand the development of new varieties.
