緩面零件單點(diǎn)漸進(jìn)成形刀具軌跡優(yōu)化數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:利用有限元軟件ANSYS/workbench,以平緩曲面零件為例,模擬零件單點(diǎn)漸進(jìn)成過(guò)程,研究了優(yōu)化方法中增量角度Δθ對(duì)零件厚度、成形精度、等效應(yīng)變等方面的影響,并與傳統(tǒng)固定增量步長(zhǎng)方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:加工層數(shù)相同時(shí),優(yōu)化方法更有助于提高板厚,且零件壁厚隨著增量角度Δθ的增加而增加;優(yōu)化方法較明顯的提高了零件底部成形精度,無(wú)論增量角度Δθ取值多少,零件底部都能充分成形,與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果相吻合;加工層數(shù)相同時(shí),在相同區(qū)域優(yōu)化方法導(dǎo)致的板料等效應(yīng)變大于固定增量步長(zhǎng)成形方法,Δθ越小應(yīng)變?cè)骄鶆?但兩種方法最終的等效應(yīng)變趨于一致。
[Abstract]:By using the finite element software ANSYS / workbench, the effects of incremental angle 螖 胃 on the thickness, forming accuracy and equivalent strain of the part are studied by simulating the process of single point progressive forming of the flat curved surface part, taking the flat curved surface part as an example, and studying the effect of increment angle 螖 胃 on the thickness, forming accuracy and equivalent strain of the part. The results show that when the number of machining layers is the same, the optimization method is more helpful to increase the thickness of the plate, and the wall thickness of the part increases with the increment of the increment angle 螖 胃. The optimization method obviously improves the forming accuracy of the bottom of the part. No matter how much the increment angle 螖 胃 is, the bottom of the part can be fully formed, which coincides with the experimental results, and when the number of machining layers is the same, In the same region optimization method, the equivalent strain of sheet metal is larger than that of the fixed increment step forming method. The smaller the strain 螖 胃 is, the more uniform the strain is, but the final equivalent strain of the two methods tends to be the same.
