GCMT2500機床的加工軟件系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:螺旋錐齒輪是一種廣泛應(yīng)用于船舶、鉆井平臺等上的空間齒輪,而當前大部分螺旋錐齒輪都是使用專用機床來加工制造,但是對于大規(guī)格的專用機床我國還是依賴于進口,專用機床使用的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)各不相同,那么專用機床配套的專用加工軟件系統(tǒng)的功能豐富與否,操作簡易程度等在一定程度上決定了專用機床的性能。本文基于上述因素考慮,針對沈陽工業(yè)大學與石家莊紡織機械有限公司合作研發(fā)的GCMT2500螺旋錐齒輪專用機床,進行齒輪加工專用軟件的設(shè)計。通過對國內(nèi)外螺旋錐齒輪專用機床現(xiàn)狀進行研究,來對專用機床有所了解,然后對海德漢系統(tǒng)與PLC進行研究,并且對海德漢系統(tǒng)的幾個免費的開發(fā)工具進行研究,以此來了解海德漢系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境,然后對螺旋錐齒輪的加工方法進行研究,且以弧齒錐齒輪為例進行說明,并對弧齒螺旋錐齒輪的幾何參數(shù)、刀具參數(shù)、機床調(diào)整參數(shù)、工藝參數(shù)進行研究,為后面專用加工軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計提供幫助。對GCMT2500螺旋錐齒輪專用機床進行研究,了解其結(jié)構(gòu)與功能。然后對齒輪加工軟件系統(tǒng)的總體框架進行設(shè)計,包括哪些模塊,每個模塊的功能是什么。通過對python語言進行學習,對加工軟件的參數(shù)編程模塊進行人機界面的設(shè)計與編程,并且簡單介紹了人機界面如何嵌入到海德漢系統(tǒng)。最后通過其中的一個主界面的python程序來說明編程的邏輯思維。通過運用雷尼紹XL—80激光干涉儀來對GCMT2500專用機床的定位精度與重復(fù)定位精度進行檢測,然后對檢測值進行計算,并進行誤差補償,以此來提高GCMT2500的加工精度。通過對系統(tǒng)控制環(huán)參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化來減小加工時工件輪廓的誤差。通過擺線齒錐齒輪大輪的加工實例中加工軟件的應(yīng)用來說明此課題的意義。
[Abstract]:Spiral bevel gear is a kind of space gear which is widely used in ship, drilling platform and so on. At present, most spiral bevel gears are manufactured with special machine tools, but for large specifications of special machine tools, our country still relies on imports. The numerical control system used in the special machine tool is different, so the function of the special processing software system of the special machine tool is rich or not, and the degree of ease of operation determines the performance of the special machine tool to a certain extent. Aiming at the GCMT2500 spiral bevel gear special machine tool developed by Shenyang University of Technology and Shijiazhuang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd, the special software for gear processing is designed. The present situation of the special spiral bevel gear machine tool at home and abroad is studied. To understand the special machine tools, and then to study the Hyde Han system and PLC, and to study several free development tools of the Hyde Han system, so as to understand the development environment of the Hyde Han system. Then, the machining method of spiral bevel gear is studied, and the geometric parameters, tool parameters, adjustment parameters and process parameters of spiral bevel gear with arc tooth are illustrated by taking spiral bevel gear as an example. Research on GCMT2500 spiral bevel gear special machine tool, understand its structure and function. Then design the overall frame of gear processing software system, including which modules, What is the function of each module? by studying the python language, we design and program the man-machine interface to the parameter programming module of the processing software. It also introduces how the man-machine interface is embedded into the Hyderham system. Finally, the logical thinking of programming is explained by the python program of one of the main interfaces. Through the use of Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer, the GCMT2500 special purpose machine tool is developed. The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy are detected, Then calculate the detection value and compensate for the error. In order to improve the machining accuracy of GCMT2500, the error of workpiece profile is reduced by optimizing the parameters of the control ring of the system. The significance of this subject is explained by the application of machining software in the machining example of cycloidal bevel gear.
