CrNi3MoVA鋼表面電火花沉積NiCrAlY涂層的高速摩擦磨損性能

【摘要】:采用電火花表面沉積技術,在CrNi3MoVA鋼表面沉積NiCrAlY涂層。利用納米壓痕儀和摩擦磨損試驗機分別測試了CrNi3MoVA鋼和NiCrAlY涂層的硬度、彈性模量和摩擦系數(shù),并用SEM和EDS研究了磨損前后的形貌和成分。結果表明電火花沉積NiCrAlY涂層包含β-NiAl和γ-Ni兩相,涂層是由柱狀晶組成的微晶涂層;NiCrAlY涂層的硬度較CrNi3MoVA鋼提高了22%,而彈性模量較CrNi3MoVA鋼降低了21%;當摩擦副為淬火G15鋼球,加載量為10N,往復行程為10mm,往復速率為600r/min時,CrNi3MoVA鋼平穩(wěn)摩擦系數(shù)為0.65~0.75,而NiCrAlY涂層平穩(wěn)摩擦系數(shù)為0.45~0.55,CrNi3MoVA鋼表面沉積NiCrAlY涂層對其具有明顯的減摩耐磨作用,涂層表面較高的硬度和高速摩擦中形成的粘附力強的薄氧化物層是其耐磨的主要原因;CrNi3MoVA鋼的磨損機制主要為粘著磨損,而NiCrAlY涂層為微切削磨料磨損。
[Abstract]:NiCrAlY coating was deposited on the surface of CrNi3MoVA steel by EDM. The hardness, modulus of elasticity and friction coefficient of CrNi3MoVA and NiCrAlY coatings were measured by nano-indentation instrument and friction and wear tester, respectively. The morphology and composition of NiCrAlY coatings before and after wear were studied by SEM and EDS. The results show that the EDM coating contains 尾 -nial and 緯 -Ni phases. The hardness of NiCrAlY coating is 22% higher than that of CrNi3MoVA steel, and the elastic modulus of NiCrAlY coating is 21% lower than that of CrNi3MoVA steel, when the friction pair is quenched G15 steel ball, The stable friction coefficient of CrNi3MoVA steel is 0.65 ~ 0.75 when the loading amount is 10 N, the reciprocating stroke is 10 mm, and the reciprocating rate is 600 r / min, while the smooth friction coefficient of NiCrAlY coating is 0.45 ~ 0.55CrNi3MoVA steel, and the NiCrAlY coating deposited on the surface of the steel has obvious anti-friction and wear-resisting effect. The wear mechanism of CrNi3MoVA steel is mainly adhesive wear, while NiCrAlY coating is micro-cutting abrasive wear.
