預(yù)熱與焊后回火對鑄鋼基體雙金屬梯度堆焊鍛模堆焊層組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:為解決大型鍛模的高成本、低壽命等問題,提出鑄鋼基體表面堆焊制備大型液壓機用鍛模新方法,針對其中的焊前預(yù)熱與焊后回火工藝,將有限元分析與試驗分析相結(jié)合,研究預(yù)熱溫度與焊后回火對堆焊層組織與力學(xué)性能的影響機理。研究結(jié)果表明:常溫堆焊時,堆焊熔合區(qū)組織為馬氏體+碳化物+殘留奧氏體;隨著預(yù)熱溫度的升高,冷卻時間不斷延長,組織呈現(xiàn)馬氏體→貝氏體→珠光體轉(zhuǎn)變趨勢,顯微硬度逐漸降低;當預(yù)熱溫度為400℃時,熔合區(qū)組織為鐵素體+珠光體;焊后550℃/2 h回火后,堆焊層及熱影響區(qū)硬度下降,基體中析出大量碳化物,堆焊層沖擊韌性顯著提高,斷裂方式以韌窩斷裂為主,母材性能在回火后無明顯變化,說明預(yù)熱與焊后熱處理使堆焊層獲得了較好的綜合力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of high cost and low life of large forging die, a new method of preparing forging die for large hydraulic press by surfacing welding on cast steel substrate is put forward. The finite element analysis and test analysis are combined to solve the preheating and tempering process before welding and after welding. The effect of preheating temperature and tempering after welding on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the surfacing layer was studied. The results showed that the microstructure of the fusion zone of the surfacing welding was martensite carbides retained austenite at room temperature, and with the increase of preheating temperature, The cooling time is prolonged and the microstructure appears martensite. 鈫払ainite. 鈫扵he microstructure of the fusion zone is ferrite pearlite when the preheating temperature is 400 鈩,
