【摘要】：Mg-Li合金作為超輕金屬結(jié)構(gòu)材料,由于其具有較高的比強(qiáng)度、較好的成形性和良好的電磁屏蔽性能,在航空航天以及軍事領(lǐng)域具有良好的發(fā)展前景。綜述Mg-Li合金的研究進(jìn)展并指出其面臨的三大問(wèn)題。針對(duì)Mg-Li合金較差的耐蝕性,重點(diǎn)總結(jié)合金的腐蝕行為,并詳細(xì)地介紹包括電鍍、化學(xué)鍍、等離子噴涂、熔鹽置換、化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜、陽(yáng)極氧化、微弧氧化、有機(jī)涂層以及有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化涂層等表面處理技術(shù)。最后,探討Mg-Li合金腐蝕與防護(hù)的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:As a super light metal structure material, Mg-Li alloy has high specific strength, good formability and good electromagnetic shielding property. This paper reviews the research progress of Mg-Li alloy and points out the three major problems it faces. The corrosion behavior of Mg-Li alloy is summarized especially in view of its poor corrosion resistance. Surface treatment techniques including electroplating, electroless plating, plasma spraying, molten salt replacement, chemical conversion film, anodic oxidation, micro-arc oxidation, organic coating and organic-inorganic hybrid coating are introduced in detail. The development trend of corrosion and protection of Mg-Li alloy is discussed.
