內(nèi)冷式機(jī)械攪拌法制備半固態(tài)鋁合金的研究

【摘要】:采用內(nèi)冷式攪拌法制備了Al-7Si半固態(tài)漿料,研究在不同熔體攪拌初始溫度、攪拌頭質(zhì)量占比、攪拌速率、取樣溫度下合金半固態(tài)組織的變化,以及對初生α-Al平均晶粒尺寸和形狀因子的影響,分析了內(nèi)冷式攪拌生成細(xì)小近球形組織的機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,在熔體攪拌初始溫度為625℃,攪拌頭質(zhì)量為5%,攪拌速率為1 200r/min,取樣溫度為600℃時(shí),能夠制備出初生α-Al晶粒細(xì)小圓整的半固態(tài)漿料,其平均晶粒尺寸和形狀因子分別可以達(dá)到64.21μm和0.649 0。
[Abstract]:Al-7Si semi-solid slurry was prepared by internal cooling stirring method. The microstructure of semi-solid alloy was studied at different melt stirring temperature, mixing head mass ratio, stirring rate and sampling temperature. The effect of the average grain size and shape factor on the average grain size and shape factor of primary 偽 -Al was analyzed. The mechanism of formation of fine near-spherical microstructure by internal cooling stirring was analyzed. The results showed that the initial temperature of melt stirring was 625 鈩,
