難加工金屬材料放電誘導(dǎo)可控?zé)g高效加工技術(shù)

【摘要】:介紹了一種放電誘導(dǎo)燒蝕加工方法,即向加工區(qū)域可控地通入氧氣,在電火花放電誘導(dǎo)作用下首先對加工材料進(jìn)行活化,而后伴隨著氧氣的通入產(chǎn)生金屬燃燒反應(yīng),利用金屬燃燒釋放的巨大化學(xué)能蝕除材料,從而大大提高材料去除率,并通過控制氧氣及采用電火花修整以保障加工表面的質(zhì)量。該加工方法與被加工材料的力學(xué)性能無關(guān),仍然屬于無宏觀切削力方式,其克服了難加工材料機(jī)械加工困難及電火花加工效率受制于脈沖電源的難題,適合于"車、銑、鉆、成形、打孔"等各種加工形式。該加工方法改變了難加工材料能進(jìn)行加工的準(zhǔn)則,實現(xiàn)了"能燒即能加工"。對淬火Cr12進(jìn)行放電誘導(dǎo)燒蝕銑削加工,效率比傳統(tǒng)電火花加工高10倍以上且表面質(zhì)量相當(dāng);進(jìn)行放電誘導(dǎo)霧化燒蝕深盲型孔加工,蝕除效率為電火花的5.45倍,最大加工深度達(dá)到132mm且還能繼續(xù)加工。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a method of electric-spark induced ablation is introduced, in which oxygen is injected into the machining area, and the material is first activated under the action of electric spark discharge, and then the metal combustion reaction is produced with the oxygen flowing in. The material is corroded by the huge chemical energy released by metal combustion, which greatly improves the material removal rate, and ensures the quality of the machined surface by controlling oxygen and adopting EDM dressing. The processing method is independent of the mechanical properties of the processed material. It still belongs to the way of no macroscopic cutting force, which overcomes the difficulty of machining difficult materials and the difficulty of EDM being restricted by pulse power supply, which is suitable for "turning, milling, drilling, forming," The machining method has changed the criterion that difficult material can be processed, and realized "can be processed by firing as possible". The quenched Cr12 is processed by electric discharge induced ablation milling. The efficiency of EDM is more than 10 times higher than that of traditional EDM, and the surface quality is the same. The etch efficiency is 5.45 times of that of EDM, the maximum machining depth is 132mm and the machining can continue.
