加熱條件與混合氣氛對(duì)50CrV4鋼表面脫碳的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)過(guò)程模擬武鋼CSP均熱爐的加熱條件,分別研究加熱溫度、保溫時(shí)間、爐內(nèi)氣氛對(duì)彈簧鋼50CrV4表面脫碳的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,50CrV4鋼脫碳厚度隨保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增加;保溫時(shí)間為30和60min,加熱溫度低于1050℃時(shí),脫碳層厚度隨溫度升高而增加,高于1050℃時(shí),脫碳層由于氧化加劇而減少,1050℃為脫碳敏感溫度;O_2+CO_2+H_2O+N_2混合氣氛比O_2+CO_2+N_2和H_2O+N_2降低脫碳層厚度更加明顯。結(jié)合氧化模型和菲克第二定律,建立并修正了脫碳計(jì)算模型,利用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證其可靠性。
