薄板單面密集焊縫焊后彎曲變形分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)2 mm的316L薄板單面密集焊縫結(jié)構(gòu),采用數(shù)值模擬的方法分析了兩種焊接方案下的薄板焊接彎曲變形.利用高度測(cè)量裝置建立了薄板彎曲變形測(cè)量方法,進(jìn)行了兩種焊接方案的工藝試驗(yàn),對(duì)焊后彎曲變形進(jìn)行了測(cè)量.在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)數(shù)值模擬和工藝試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比.結(jié)果表明,薄板單面密集焊縫結(jié)構(gòu)焊接后呈船形變形,拉通焊彎曲變形中心接近于板中心,而兩端向中間焊彎曲變形中心偏向板的先焊位置.兩端向中間焊在長(zhǎng)度方向彎曲變形量小于拉通焊,兩端向中間焊的焊接方案較優(yōu).
[Abstract]:In this paper, the bending deformation of thin plate with two welding schemes is analyzed by numerical simulation for the dense weld structure of 316L thin plate on one side of 2mm thin plate, and the method of measuring bending deformation of thin plate is established by using height measuring device. The process tests of two welding schemes were carried out, and the bending deformation after welding was measured. On this basis, the results of numerical simulation and process tests were compared. The bending deformation center of pull-through welding is close to the center of plate, but the position of bending center is inclined to the plate at both ends, and the bending deformation in length direction is smaller than that in pull through welding, and the welding scheme of two-end middle welding is better.
