高強(qiáng)鋼絲生產(chǎn)工藝的熱模擬研究

【摘要】:利用熱模擬儀、組織觀察和維氏硬度測(cè)量等手段,研究了變形溫度、保溫溫度和冷卻速度對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼絲組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:變形溫度T1對(duì)材料的索氏體化率影響較小;冷速V的增大或保溫溫度T2的降低,均可以促進(jìn)材料的索氏體化率增大,珠光體片層間距和珠光體團(tuán)尺寸減小。在試驗(yàn)條件下,最佳工藝參數(shù)為T1=900℃、V=30℃/s、T2=580℃,此時(shí)的維氏硬度(HV10)最高。
[Abstract]:The deformation temperature was studied by means of thermal simulator, microstructure observation and Vickers hardness measurement. The effect of heat preservation temperature and cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of high strength steel wire was investigated. The results showed that deformation temperature T1 had little effect on the Soxhlet rate of the material. The increase of cooling rate V or the decrease of holding temperature T 2 can promote the increase of Soxhlet rate, the decrease of the lamellar spacing of pearlite and the size of pearlite.
