高溫熔體反應(yīng)法制備Al-5Ti-1B細化劑

【摘要】:利用高溫熔體反應(yīng)法成功制備Al-5Ti-1B細化劑。通過熱力學計算,確定Al-5Ti-1B細化劑的起始反應(yīng)溫度,研究熔體溫度對細化劑組織形貌及吸收率的影響。利用X射線衍射,掃描電子顯微鏡和X射線能譜儀觀察細化劑的相組成和形貌,同時對Al-5Ti-1B細化劑鑄錠進行高溫擠壓,并對擠壓出的Ф9.5mm絲材進行微觀組織分析和細化實驗。結(jié)果表明:細化劑主要由TiB_2,TiAl_3,α-Al相組成;850℃制備的細化劑鑄錠組織形貌最佳,且Ti和B吸收率達到最佳匹配。擠壓后TiAl3相呈細小的塊狀和TiB_2彌散分布在基體內(nèi)。添加0.2%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))細化劑后,純鋁的晶粒尺寸由3.99mm細化到0.45mm。
[Abstract]:Al-5Ti-1B refiner was successfully prepared by high temperature melt reaction method. The initial reaction temperature of Al-5Ti-1B refiner was determined by thermodynamic calculation. The effect of melt temperature on the morphology and absorptivity of the refiner was studied. The phase composition and morphology of the refiner were observed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer. At the same time, the Al-5Ti-1B refiner ingot was extruded at high temperature, and the microstructure of the extruded 9.5mm wire was analyzed and refined.
