TZM合金電化學(xué)腐蝕行為研究(英文)

【摘要】:采用粉末冶金和軋制工藝制備出TZM合金和稀土鑭摻雜的La-TZM合金,通過(guò)動(dòng)電位極化研究合金電化學(xué)腐蝕行為,掃描電子顯微鏡觀察、能譜定量分析表征腐蝕產(chǎn)物顯微結(jié)構(gòu)特征。保持Cl~-濃度不變分別探討合金在中性、酸性、堿性介質(zhì)中耐侵蝕能力。結(jié)果表明,TZM合金在中性和堿性介質(zhì)中抗腐蝕性能優(yōu)于La-TZM合金,而在酸性介質(zhì)中La-TZM合金抗腐蝕性能優(yōu)于TZM合金,兩類(lèi)合金抗腐蝕性均表現(xiàn)為酸性介質(zhì)強(qiáng)于中性介質(zhì),堿性介質(zhì)最弱。Cl~-有效破壞腐蝕表面形成的鈍化膜,OH~-和Cl~-雙重侵蝕促使兩類(lèi)合金晶間腐蝕加劇、粉末冶金制備的TZM合金及La-TZM合金對(duì)酸性介質(zhì)具有良好的耐蝕性。
[Abstract]:TZM alloy and rare earth lanthanum doped La-TZM alloy were prepared by powder metallurgy and rolling process. Electrochemical corrosion behavior of the alloy was studied by potentiodynamic polarization and observed by scanning electron microscope. The microstructure of corrosion products was characterized by energy spectrum quantitative analysis. The corrosion resistance of the alloy in neutral, acidic and alkaline media was investigated by keeping the Cl-concentration unchanged. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the alloy in neutral, acidic and alkaline media was determined. The corrosion resistance of TZM alloy is better than that of La-TZM alloy in neutral and alkaline medium, but the corrosion resistance of La-TZM alloy in acid medium is better than that of TZM alloy. The corrosion resistance of the two alloys is that the acidic medium is stronger than the neutral medium, and the alkaline medium is the weakest. Cl-effectively destroys the passivation film formed on the corrosion surface. The TZM alloy and La-TZM alloy prepared by powder metallurgy have good corrosion resistance to acid medium.
