寬幅電工鋼熱軋板形控制研究

【摘要】:電工鋼是重要的金屬功能材料,板形是電工鋼的關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量指標(biāo)。熱軋是生產(chǎn)電工鋼的重要流程和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。電工鋼熱軋生產(chǎn)具有大量同寬自由規(guī)程薄板軋制特點(diǎn),且板形質(zhì)量要求更趨嚴(yán)苛。電工鋼大量同寬自由規(guī)程軋制過(guò)程還存在嚴(yán)重的軋輥磨損和剝落問(wèn)題,更加制約了板形質(zhì)量的改善。為提高寬幅電工鋼熱軋板形質(zhì)量,本文以近年新建的國(guó)內(nèi)電工鋼產(chǎn)量最大的熱連軋機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)、有限元仿真、理論解析、工業(yè)試驗(yàn)和生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的方法,開(kāi)展了寬幅電工鋼熱軋板形控制研究,取得的成果如下:(1)通過(guò)熱模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了電工鋼高溫壓縮過(guò)程的流變力學(xué)行為。針對(duì)電工鋼熱壓縮過(guò)程中在單相區(qū)表現(xiàn)出的應(yīng)變硬化和高溫軟化特征以及在兩相區(qū)表現(xiàn)出的應(yīng)變硬化和低溫(相變)軟化特征,分別建立了電工鋼熱塑性本構(gòu)模型,該模型可用于準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)電工鋼高溫壓縮過(guò)程中的材料力學(xué)屬性。(2)建立了電工鋼軋制過(guò)程有限元仿真模型,并將本構(gòu)模型應(yīng)用到了仿真計(jì)算中。通過(guò)有限元仿真研究了寬幅電工鋼熱軋過(guò)程多種因素影響下的板形變化規(guī)律。對(duì)電工鋼生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中存在的不同形式的橫向溫度差進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)帶鋼橫向溫度差特別是當(dāng)其存在于兩相區(qū)軋制時(shí)可引起電工鋼凸度、楔形和浪形的明顯變化,從而造成電工鋼熱軋板形難以控制。(3)電工鋼熱軋中存在嚴(yán)重的軋輥磨損和剝落問(wèn)題。分析了電工鋼大量同寬自由規(guī)程軋制條件下軋輥磨損特征,計(jì)算指出軋輥磨損會(huì)使板形凸度增大并降低彎輥力調(diào)控功效;提出了工作輥磨損的多參數(shù)表示方法,從而可有效衡量工作輥磨損對(duì)板形的影響趨勢(shì);通過(guò)軋輥完整服役期內(nèi)接觸應(yīng)力計(jì)算并結(jié)合裂紋和斷口檢測(cè),指出軋輥磨損造成的嚴(yán)重應(yīng)力集中在軋輥剝落中起主導(dǎo)作用。(4)為提高寬幅電工鋼板形質(zhì)量,提出了電工鋼熱軋板形控制方法。通過(guò)理論分析和工業(yè)試驗(yàn)研究了高速鋼軋輥、正弦形式竄輥策略和潤(rùn)滑軋制對(duì)軋輥磨損的改善效果,研發(fā)了對(duì)大寬度范圍變化的帶鋼均具有良好板形控制能力的UVC變凸度工作輥和適應(yīng)大量同寬軋制條件的VCR變接觸支撐輥。成果投入工業(yè)試驗(yàn)和連續(xù)穩(wěn)定應(yīng)用累計(jì)軋制590余萬(wàn)噸,取得了軋輥磨損明顯改善、軋輥剝落未再發(fā)生和板形質(zhì)量明顯提高的穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)實(shí)績(jī)。
[Abstract]:Electrical steel is an important metal functional material. Strip shape is the key quality index of electrical steel. Hot rolling is an important process and key link in the production of electrical steel. The hot rolling of electrical steel has a large number of characteristics of the same width free schedule sheet rolling. And the shape quality requirements are more stringent. A large number of electrical steel rolling process of the same width free schedule there is a serious roll wear and spalling problem. In order to improve the shape quality of wide width electrical steel hot rolling, this paper takes the hot strip rolling mill which has the largest output of electrical steel in recent years as the research object, through the basic experiment, finite element simulation. Based on the theoretical analysis, industrial test and production application, the shape control of hot rolling of wide width electrical steel was studied. The results are as follows:. The rheological behavior of electrical steel during high temperature compression was studied by means of thermal simulation experiments. The strain hardening and softening in single phase region and strain hardening in two phase region were studied during hot compression process of electrical steel. Chemicalization and hypothermia (. Phase change) softening characteristics. The thermoplastic constitutive model of electrical steel is established, which can be used to accurately predict the mechanical properties of materials in high temperature compression process of electrical steel. (2) the finite element simulation model of electric steel rolling process is established. The constitutive model is applied to the simulation calculation. Through finite element simulation, the rule of shape change under the influence of many factors in the hot rolling process of wide width electrical steel is studied. The different kinds of transverse temperature existing in the production of electrical steel are studied. The degree difference is studied. It is found that the transverse temperature difference of strip steel, especially when rolled in the two-phase zone, can cause obvious changes in the crown, wedge and wave shape of electrical steel. Thus, it is difficult to control the shape of electric steel hot rolling. 3) there are serious roll wear and spalling problems in electric steel hot rolling. The wear characteristics of electric steel roll under a large number of free schedule rolling conditions of same width are analyzed. It is pointed out that roll wear will increase the profile crown and reduce the control effect of roll bending force. The multi-parameter expression method of work roll wear is put forward, which can effectively measure the influence trend of work roll wear on flatness. Through the calculation of the contact stress during the complete service period of the roll, combined with the crack and fracture detection, it is pointed out that the serious stress caused by the roll wear mainly plays a leading role in the roll spalling. 4) in order to improve the shape quality of the wide width electrical steel. The shape control method for hot rolling of electrical steel was put forward, and the improvement effect of high speed steel roll, sinusoidal roll channeling strategy and lubricating rolling on roll wear was studied by theoretical analysis and industrial test. UVC variable crown work roll with good shape control ability for strip with wide width range and VCR variable contact support roll suitable for a large number of same width rolling conditions have been developed. The results have been put into industrial test and continuous stability. Application of rolling more than 59 million tons. The stable production performance has been achieved, such as the obvious improvement of roll wear, the non-recurrence of roll spalling and the obvious improvement of shape quality.
