考慮孔隙細(xì)觀特征的熱障涂層脫粘缺陷超聲檢測(cè)數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為探究孔隙細(xì)觀形貌對(duì)熱障涂層脫粘缺陷超聲檢測(cè)定量精度的影響,基于電子束物理氣相沉積法制備的厚度約為100μm的ZrO_2-7%Y_2O_3(7YSZ)熱障涂層SEM形貌,建立了界面脫粘尺寸0.2~2.0 mm、孔隙率范圍0%~5%、孔隙平均寬高比分別為4∶10、6∶10、8∶10和10∶10的多組熱障涂層二維隨機(jī)孔隙模型(Random void model,RVM),采用時(shí)域有限差分技術(shù)進(jìn)行了超聲檢測(cè)數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)涂層厚度一定時(shí),涂層聲壓反射系數(shù)幅度譜極值與脫粘尺寸呈線性關(guān)系,脫粘尺寸超聲定量誤差隨孔隙率和孔隙平均寬高比的增加而增大,當(dāng)涂層孔隙率為5%時(shí),超聲測(cè)量最大相對(duì)誤差已達(dá)到37.7%,孔隙平均寬高比增大為10:10時(shí),超聲測(cè)量最大相對(duì)誤差達(dá)到36.9%。此外,由于受孔隙分布狀態(tài)的影響,超聲定量結(jié)果呈現(xiàn)出一定的波動(dòng)性。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of pore morphology on ultrasonic detection accuracy of thermal barrier coating debonding defects. Based on the electron beam physical vapor deposition method, the SEM morphology of the thermal barrier coating prepared by the electron beam physical vapor deposition method is about 100 渭 m thick ZrOs _ 2-7and Ys _ 2O _ 3 / 7YSZ. The interfacial debonding size is 0.2 ~ 2.0 mm, the porosity range is 0 ~ 5 and the average ratio of width to height is 4: 10 ~ 6: 10, respectively. At 8:10 and 10:10, a two-dimensional random void model of multi-group thermal barrier coating (RVM) was developed. Numerical simulation of ultrasonic testing was carried out by using finite-difference time-domain technique. The results show that when the thickness of the coating is constant, the maximum value of the amplitude spectrum of the sound pressure reflection coefficient of the coating is linearly related to the dimension of debonding. The ultrasonic quantitative error of debonding size increases with the increase of porosity and the average ratio of width to height of porosity. When the porosity of coating is 5, the maximum relative error of ultrasonic measurement has reached 37.7%. The maximum relative error of ultrasonic measurement reaches 36.9 when the average ratio of width to height of the pore increases to 10:10. In addition, due to the influence of pore distribution, the quantitative ultrasonic results show certain volatility.
