【摘要】:以AZ31鎂合金攪拌摩擦點焊過程為研究對象,分析攪拌頭不同轉(zhuǎn)速和壓入速度對焊接過程溫度場的影響。溫度場的測定主要通過將兩個熱電偶分別植入攪拌頭軸肩和攪拌針頂端。試驗結(jié)果表明,攪拌頭最高溫度隨轉(zhuǎn)速增加而增加,所得最高溫度為532.530℃,最高升溫速率為93.974℃/s,而同一轉(zhuǎn)速下壓入速度對最高溫度沒有影響。使用Deform-3D軟件進行AZ31鎂合金攪拌摩擦點焊過程溫度場數(shù)值模擬分析,數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果基本吻合。
[Abstract]:The friction stir spot welding process of AZ31 magnesium alloy was studied. The effect of different rotating speed and impinging speed on the temperature field of the welding process is analyzed.
