【摘要】：對首鋼生產(chǎn)的44 mm厚的SA738核電安全殼用鋼進(jìn)行了斜Y形坡口冷裂紋敏感性試驗(yàn)及焊接接頭熱輸入適應(yīng)性試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該鋼材焊接性優(yōu)良,P_(cm)僅為0.19%,預(yù)熱40℃以上可避免焊接冷裂紋的出現(xiàn);分別采用埋弧焊、焊條電弧焊在28.7,18.7k J/cm焊接熱輸入下焊接后,焊態(tài)及600℃×10 h熱處理態(tài)焊接接頭性能滿足要求。
