氮離子注入及DLC涂層對Ti6Al7Nb合金在人工唾液中微動磨損性能的影響(英文)

【摘要】:通過往復滑動微動磨損實驗研究Ti6Al7Nb合金、氮離子注入Ti6Al7Nb合金、DLC涂層Ti6Al7Nb合金在人工唾液環(huán)境下的磨損性能。運用X射線衍射分析、拉曼光譜分析、三維輪廓分析、掃描電鏡形貌和摩擦動力學行為分析等方法,詳細討論了表面改性層的磨損特性。結(jié)果表明:隨著氮離子濃度的增加,Ti6Al7Nb合金的抗微動磨損性能提高。具有DLC涂層的低氮離子注入Ti6Al7Nb合金顯示出良好的抗微動磨損性。此外,由于其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu),DLC涂層組具有更好的耐腐蝕性能。在人工唾液環(huán)境下,DLC涂層Ti6Al7Nb合金組相比氮離子注入Ti6Al7Nb合金組具有更好的抗磨損性能。
[Abstract]:Ti6Al7Nb alloy and nitrogen ion implanted Ti6Al7Nb alloy were studied by reciprocating sliding fretting wear experiment. Wear properties of DLC coated Ti6Al7Nb alloy in artificial saliva. X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and 3D profile analysis were used. The wear characteristics of the surface modified layer were discussed in detail by means of SEM morphology and friction kinetic analysis. The results show that the wear behavior of the modified layer increases with the increase of nitrogen ion concentration. The fretting wear resistance of Ti6Al7Nb alloy was improved. The low nitrogen ion implanted Ti6Al7Nb alloy with DLC coating showed good fretting wear resistance. In addition, because of its special structure. DLC coating group has better corrosion resistance. In artificial saliva environment. The wear resistance of DLC coated Ti6Al7Nb alloy group is better than that of nitrogen ion implanted Ti6Al7Nb alloy group.
