【摘要】:在開發(fā)過(guò)程中,通過(guò)熱模擬試驗(yàn)、金相觀察確定了塑料模具鋼4Cr2Mn2Mo的成分范圍和組織構(gòu)成;通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和大生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)選取了最佳預(yù)硬化工藝制度。研究表明,采用控軋控冷+回火工藝,將終軋溫度控制在905℃以上,軋后空冷到300~350℃,緩冷至室溫,在560℃下回火的熱處理工藝,成功開發(fā)出厚度≥150 mm,組織為回火馬氏體+貝氏體,硬度均勻且滿足鋼板預(yù)硬態(tài)300~350 HBW企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的模具鋼厚板。
[Abstract]:During the development process, the composition range and microstructure of plastic mould steel 4Cr2Mn2Mo were determined by metallographic observation through thermal simulation test.
