輸電鐵塔用大規(guī)格角鋼低溫性能研究

【摘要】:為低溫地區(qū)選擇合適的輸電鐵塔用大規(guī)格角鋼,防止鐵塔因構(gòu)件發(fā)生低溫脆性斷裂而引起破壞。通過室溫和低溫條件下的拉伸和沖擊試驗,研究了輸電鐵塔用Q345B、Q420B的大角鋼的強度、塑性和韌度。結(jié)果表明,從-40℃到室溫,大角鋼具有良好的低溫強度性能和低溫塑性,隨溫度的降低材料的沖擊韌度和斷裂韌度逐漸變差,試驗Q345B、Q420B韌脆轉(zhuǎn)變溫度分別約為-22和-20℃,工程條件啟裂CTOD值在0℃時分別為0.352和0.271mm,在0℃以上均發(fā)生韌性斷裂。
[Abstract]:Suitable large angle steel for transmission tower in low temperature area is selected to prevent damage caused by brittle fracture at low temperature. Tensile and impact tests at room temperature and low temperature are carried out. The strength, plasticity and toughness of Q345B / Q420B large angle steel used in transmission tower are studied. The results show that the large angle steel has good low temperature strength property and low temperature plasticity from -40 鈩,
