高溫噴丸對Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金顯微組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:為提高Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金的高溫性能和疲勞壽命,采用不同種類彈丸及不同噴丸溫度對Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金進(jìn)行表面噴丸處理。通過分析噴丸后顯微組織和硬度的變化,研究了彈丸種類和噴丸溫度對鈦鋁合金表面性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:相同噴丸溫度下,合金經(jīng)陶瓷噴丸處理后,表面較平滑,缺陷少,硬度適中。在陶瓷噴丸條件下,隨噴丸溫度升高,噴丸強(qiáng)化層塑性變形量增加,噴丸溫度為675℃時(shí)顯微硬度獲得最大值500 HV0.2,綜合噴丸效果最佳。675℃陶瓷噴丸合金經(jīng)700~800℃×150 h保溫處理后,顯微硬度變化不大,即熱穩(wěn)定性滿足應(yīng)用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the high temperature properties and fatigue life of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy. The surface of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy was treated with different kinds of projectile and different shot peening temperature. The changes of microstructure and hardness after shot peening were analyzed. The effects of projectile type and shot peening temperature on the surface properties of titanium aluminum alloy were studied. The results showed that the surface of the alloy treated by ceramic shot peening was smooth and the defects were less at the same peening temperature. Under the condition of ceramic shot peening, the plastic deformation of shot peening strengthened layer increased with the increase of shot peening temperature, and the maximum value of microhardness was obtained when shot peening temperature was 675 鈩,
