修光刃對刀片車削加工45鋼的影響

【摘要】:建立了修光刃刀片進行車削加工的表面粗糙度通用計算模型,并通過實驗研究手段,對比了不同結(jié)構(gòu)的修光刃形刀片車削加工45鋼的表面粗糙度、切削力和刀片壽命,揭示了修光刃形的差異對刀片車削45鋼性能的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:加工參數(shù)f_n及修光刃副偏角κ'_r對表面粗糙度的影響基本呈線性變化規(guī)律;修光刃刀片有一定的適用范圍,當(dāng)進給量f_n8R_sκ'_r時修光刃刀片可以獲得較普通車削刀片更小的粗糙度值;修光刃形對刀片壽命和切削力影響不顯著,其偏差范圍在10%以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:A general calculation model of surface roughness for lathe cutting blade was established, and the surface roughness of 45 steel turning with different structure was compared by means of experimental research. Cutting force and blade life. The results show that the influence of machining parameters fn and kappa on the surface roughness is linear. The cutting blade has a certain range of application. When the feed quantity f _ s _ 8R _ s 魏 _ r is added, the blade blade can obtain a smaller roughness value than the ordinary turning blade. The blade shape has no significant effect on blade life and cutting force, and its deviation range is less than 10%.
