【摘要】:以某大型機(jī)床床身為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)充分分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了底注式多內(nèi)澆道澆注系統(tǒng)和均布頂冒口鑄造工藝。通過Any Casting軟件完成鑄件成型過程的模擬仿真,以模擬結(jié)果為依據(jù),對(duì)原工藝的澆注系統(tǒng)、冒口、冷鐵進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并確定出澆注溫度1320℃,澆注速度1.2 m/s為最佳工藝參數(shù)。使用優(yōu)化后工藝及參數(shù)得到的鑄件質(zhì)量理想,鑄件質(zhì)量達(dá)到驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
