【摘要】:以汽車用超高強鋼22MnB5為研究對象,開發(fā)了一種壓力可調的熱成形淬火裝置,采用二步染色金相分析技術及材料性能試驗等對熱成形淬火階段工藝參數進行優(yōu)化。結果表明:對于2mm厚22MnB5,當以室溫下的水為冷卻介質時,熱成形淬火階段板料發(fā)生完全馬氏體轉變的臨界壓力為0.3 MPa;實際生產中,2mm厚22MnB5熱成形淬火階段的最佳壓力為1.0 MPa以上;板料從800℃開始冷卻時,最佳的保壓時間為8s。
[Abstract]:Taking 22MnB5 super high strength steel for automobile as the research object, a kind of hot forming quenching device with adjustable pressure was developed. Two step dyeing metallographic analysis technique and material performance test were used to optimize the process parameters of hot forming quenching stage. The results showed that for 2mm thickness 22MnB5, water at room temperature was used as the cooling medium. The critical pressure of complete martensite transformation in hot forming quenching stage is 0.3 MPA. The optimum pressure of 2mm thickness 22MnB5 hot forming quenching stage is more than 1.0 MPa.
