方位俯仰轉(zhuǎn)臺誤差參數(shù)辨識與指向精度分析

【摘要】:為提高方位俯仰兩軸轉(zhuǎn)臺的指向精度,需要對機(jī)械加工和裝配過程中產(chǎn)生的幾何誤差進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,必須測量軸系誤差參數(shù);谒脑獢(shù)變換理論,建立了包含兩軸垂直度誤差、電子水平儀擺放誤差和安裝基座傾斜度誤差的瞄準(zhǔn)指向和電子水平儀指向的運(yùn)動學(xué)模型,并給出了方位與俯仰的位置補(bǔ)償量。運(yùn)用電子水平儀測量數(shù)據(jù)和運(yùn)動學(xué)模型的誤差極小化方法,提出了一種軸系誤差參數(shù)辨識的方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法可以辨識出6項(xiàng)軸系誤差參數(shù),同時(shí)也驗(yàn)證了本文提出的辨識方法及指向誤差模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the pointing accuracy of azimuth pitch two axis turntable, it is necessary to compensate the geometric error in machining and assembly process, and the error parameters of shafting must be measured based on quaternion transformation theory. A kinematic model of aiming and pointing, which includes two axis perpendicularity error, electronic leveling error and mounting base inclination error, is established. The position compensation of azimuth and pitch is given, and the error minimization method of measurement data and kinematics model of electronic level is used to identify the error parameters of shafting. The experimental results show that the method is effective. This method can identify six error parameters of shafting, and also verify the correctness of the identification method and the pointing error model proposed in this paper.
