錐形件單點(diǎn)增量成形過程應(yīng)變狀態(tài)研究

【摘要】:通過理論計(jì)算、有限元仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)分別研究圓錐形件和方錐形件不同區(qū)域的應(yīng)變狀態(tài),并對(duì)工具頭直徑對(duì)應(yīng)變分布的影響以及方錐形件不同拐角半徑的應(yīng)變分布進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明圓錐形件存在平面應(yīng)變、拉-拉和拉-壓這3個(gè)區(qū)域;方錐形件在4個(gè)拐角處處于拉-拉區(qū)域,發(fā)生雙向拉伸變形;工具頭直徑越大,板料發(fā)生雙向拉伸的程度越明顯;方錐形件拐角越大,拐角處越接近平面應(yīng)變狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Through theoretical calculation, finite element simulation and experimental study were strain state in different regions of the conical part and coneshape part, and the tool diameter strain distribution and the influence of strain distribution of conical parts of different corner radius were studied. The results show that the conical part plane strain, tension tension and tension compression of the 3 regional; coneshape part at the 4 corner everywhere pull pull area, occurrence of biaxial tensile deformation; the tool head diameter, plate occurred biaxial stretching degree is obvious; coneshape part corner is bigger, the corner is close to plane strain state.
