【摘要】:采用金相顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡和電子萬能材料試驗機研究熱處理制度對選擇性激光熔化成形技術(shù)(SLM)成形TC4(Ti6Al4V)鈦合金顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:激光成形樣品的組織主要由呈外延生長的粗大柱狀晶組成,原始柱狀β晶粒的顯微組織由大量的針狀α′相組成;隨退火溫度升高,條狀α相的寬度先增加后降低,強度降低,塑性增加;在(α+β)兩相區(qū)固溶時,隨固溶溫度升高,α相的長寬比增加,α相的間距減小,α束集變大,強度升高,塑性降低;對比該7種熱處理制度,800℃保溫2 h爐冷為最佳熱處理工藝,經(jīng)該工藝處理的試樣綜合力學(xué)性能較好。
[Abstract]:With a metallographic microscope. Scanning Electron Microscopy and Electronic Universal material testing Machine study on the effect of Heat treatment system on selective Laser melting forming (SLM) forming TC4C4Ti6Al4V). The effect of microstructure and mechanical properties on the microstructure of titanium alloy. The results show that the microstructure of laser formed samples is mainly composed of large columnar crystals grown by epitaxial growth. The microstructure of the primitive columnar 尾 grains consists of a large number of needle-like 偽 'phases. With the increase of annealing temperature, the width of stripe 偽 phase first increases and then decreases, the strength decreases and the plasticity increases. In the (偽 尾) two-phase region, with the increase of the solution temperature, the aspect ratio of 偽 phase increases, the spacing of 偽 phase decreases, the set of 偽 beams becomes larger, the strength increases and the plasticity decreases.
