【摘要】：闡述了高壓油管疲勞破壞的原理及危害,建立高壓油管焊接質(zhì)量評價力學(xué)模型,通過有限元分析技術(shù)對其許用位移輸入進(jìn)行計算,并結(jié)合應(yīng)變測量技術(shù),利用電動振動臺,對高壓油管焊接處的疲勞特性進(jìn)行了試驗驗證。結(jié)果表明,此高壓油管焊接質(zhì)量評價方法是可行的,有限元分析技術(shù)和應(yīng)變測量技術(shù)的結(jié)合使用,保證了試驗的安全性和結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性,此外,利用電動振動臺進(jìn)行疲勞耐久試驗,操作方便簡單,成本相對較低,具有通用性。
[Abstract]:The principle and harm of fatigue failure of high pressure tubing are expounded. A mechanical model for evaluating welding quality of high pressure tubing is established. The allowable displacement input is calculated by finite element analysis technique and combined with strain measurement technology. The fatigue characteristics of high pressure tubing welding are verified by using electric vibration table. The results show that the welding quality evaluation method of high pressure tubing is feasible. The combination of finite element analysis and strain measurement technology ensures the safety and accuracy of the test results. In addition, the use of electric vibration table for fatigue durability test, easy to operate, relatively low cost. Universal.
