【摘要】:經過不同始鍛溫度、終鍛溫度鍛造得到TA10鈦合金棒材,然后在進行不同溫度的退火處理后,采用標準拉伸試樣進行拉伸實驗和金相實驗,研究其顯微組織和力學性能。結果表明:隨著始鍛溫度的提高,TA10鈦合金中α相形態(tài)從長條狀過渡到網籃組織。隨著終鍛溫度的提高,TA10鈦合金中α相形態(tài)從粗大的α條過渡到片狀組織。在始鍛溫度為950℃時,TA10鈦合金的強度和塑性達到較好的匹配,其抗拉強度為638 MPa,斷面收縮率為35.1%。在終鍛溫度為660℃時,TA10鈦合金的抗拉強度為663 MPa,斷面收縮率為38.8%,強度和塑性匹配較好。
[Abstract]:TA10 titanium alloy bars were obtained by forging at different starting and forging temperatures. After annealing at different temperatures, tensile tests and metallographic tests were carried out with standard tensile specimens. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results showed that with the increase of the initial forging temperature, the 偽 -phase morphology of the alloy changed from strip shape to net basket structure, and the final forging temperature increased with the increase of the final forging temperature. The morphology of 偽 phase in TA10 titanium alloy was changed from coarse 偽 bar to sheet structure. The strength and plasticity of Ta-10 titanium alloy were well matched when the initial forging temperature was 950 鈩,
