【摘要】:為了滿足Q960E鋼焊接時對強度及沖擊韌性等性能的要求,設(shè)計了以Ni-Cr-Mo-Mn-Si-Ti為合金系的焊絲,確定了焊絲的成分,并對該焊絲的熔敷金屬性能進行測定。試驗結(jié)果表明:焊絲熔敷金屬的屈服強度與抗拉強度分別為858 MPa及933 MPa,沖擊吸收功為84 J(-40℃),各項力學(xué)性能均達到要求;焊縫熔敷金屬中擴散氫含量平均值為3.43 m L/100 g,達到超低氫標準;焊絲的飛濺率為4.6%,符合生產(chǎn)要求;焊縫熔敷金屬組織為低碳馬氏體和下貝氏體的混合組織,達到設(shè)計要求;同時利用掃描電鏡對斷口形貌進行了分析,斷口為典型的準解理形貌,斷口的延性脊保證了韌性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of strength and impact toughness of the welding performance of Q960E steel was designed by using Ni-Cr-Mo-Mn-Si-Ti as alloy wire, wire components were determined, and the properties of deposited metal of the wire were measured. The experimental results show that the deposited metal yield strength and tensile strength were 858 and MPa 933 MPa, impact absorbing energy is 84 J (-40 C), the mechanical properties can meet the requirements; the average value is 3.43 m L/100 g hydrogen diffusion weld metal, to achieve ultra low hydrogen electrode standard; splash rate is 4.6%, in accordance with the production requirements; weld metal tissue is mixed microstructure of low carbon lower bainite and martensite, meet the design requirements; at the same time using the scanning electron microscope to analyze the fracture morphology, fracture morphology is quasi cleavage fracture ductility typical, ensure ridge toughness.
