【摘要】:五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工運(yùn)動(dòng)復(fù)雜,影響零件加工精度的誤差因素很多,綜合考慮多種誤差因素,分析了各級(jí)工藝鏈系統(tǒng)的綜合誤差,提出了基于多體系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)理論建立工藝系統(tǒng)綜合誤差模型;在零件加工之前對(duì)零件的加工精度進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);通過切削試加工驗(yàn)證模型的可靠性。切削試加工實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)了基于多體系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)零件加工精度預(yù)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性,為今后進(jìn)一步的研究及誤差補(bǔ)償提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:There are many error factors that affect the machining accuracy of parts because of the complex movement of five-axis linkage NC machining. Considering various error factors synthetically, the comprehensive error of all levels of process chain system is analyzed. Based on the kinematics theory of multi-body system, the synthetic error model of process system is established. The machining accuracy of the parts is predicted before the parts are processed. The accuracy and validity of the mathematical model based on the kinematics of multi-body system to predict the machining accuracy of the parts are verified by the cutting trial machining experiments. It provides the basis for further research and error compensation.
