【摘要】:通過模擬控軋控冷工藝,借助金相觀察及力學(xué)性能測(cè)試,研究了550 MPa級(jí)抗震建筑鋼不同終冷溫度下雙相組織的衍變規(guī)律,分析了影響試驗(yàn)鋼力學(xué)性能變化的因素,討論了試驗(yàn)鋼屈強(qiáng)比變化的機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)終冷溫度為440℃時(shí),試驗(yàn)鋼屈服強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)率和屈強(qiáng)比良好,抗震性能最好。
[Abstract]:Based on the metallographic observation and the mechanical property test , the evolution law of the two - phase structure at different end - cooling temperatures of the 550 MPa - level anti - seismic building steel was studied by means of the simulation controlled rolling and cooling process . The factors affecting the mechanical properties of the test steel were analyzed . The results showed that the yield strength , elongation and yield ratio of the test steel were good when the final cooling temperature was 440 鈩,
