【摘要】：介紹GB/T 12753—2008《輸送帶用鋼絲繩》標準提出的背景和修訂的內(nèi)容:增加外層為8股的結(jié)構(gòu)鋼絲繩;6×19-WSC和6×19W-WSC結(jié)構(gòu)鋼絲繩直徑調(diào)整為6~16 mm,其中心股的中心鋼絲可以用1×3結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼絲股替代;鋼絲的抗拉強度調(diào)整為2 060、2 160、2 260、2 360、2 460、2 560 MPa級別,取消1 960 MPa級別,增加2 560MPa級別;增加數(shù)值修約與檢測數(shù)值的判定標準。并對新增結(jié)構(gòu)鋼絲繩進行了工藝技術(shù)驗證。指出提高輸送帶用鋼絲繩的經(jīng)濟性是標準修訂的方向。該標準修訂后達到國際先進水平,可以有條件轉(zhuǎn)化為國際標準。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the background and revised content of GB/T 12753-2008 "Steel Wire Rope for conveyor Belt": adding 8 strands of outer layer to structural wire rope; The diameter of the wire rope of 6 脳 19-WSC and 6 脳 19W-WSC structure is adjusted to 610mm, and the central steel wire of its central strands can be replaced by the steel wire strands of 1 脳 3 structure. The tensile strength of the steel wire was adjusted to 2 060 / 2160 / 2 260 / 2 360 / 2 560 MPa and 1 960 MPa / 2 960 MPa / L were cancelled. Increase 2560 MPA grade; It is pointed out that it is the direction of the standard to improve the economy of the steel wire rope for conveyer belt and to reach the international standard after the revision of the standard. Advanced level. Conditions can be converted into international standards.
